Magic Consulting
About Magic Consulting

Levelling the manufacturing playing field.

Our mission is to empower manufacturers to optimize their processes, reduce costs, and increase profitability — through tailored engagements built around how each plant actually runs.

Why We Exist

No two plants are the same. So no two engagements are either.

Every business is unique. The plant down the road from yours doesn't share your equipment, your team, your culture, or your constraints — and the engagement that worked for them won't map cleanly onto yours.

Magic Consulting exists to tailor each engagement to the manufacturer in front of us — whether the work is technology implementation, supply chain improvement, or workforce enhancement. Our customer engagement process is built to quickly diagnose critical issues, focus investment, and deliver high-value solutions while educating your team and building the roadmap they'll extend.

The division carries the practice formerly branded Axiom. Same people, same method, now a division of Magic Software Americas rather than a company you have to coordinate with.

How We Work

Five principles. Every engagement, no exceptions.

These show up on every engagement, regardless of service line. They are the part of the method that does not get scoped out when a timeline gets tight.

01

Education-first.

We lead with education and apply proven continuous-improvement methods — not new “digital” change processes that rarely stick.

02

Technology curation.

We are curators of operational improvement technology. We do the research, participate in the right conversations, and negotiate the best value on your behalf.

03

Rapid validation.

We use Industry 4.0 tools on day one. Like visiting the ER, we don’t spend weeks talking and writing reports before treating the problem.

04

Deep expertise.

We embrace wisdom and bring deep application expertise — average 20+ years of experience across the team.

05

Pay it forward.

We strive to add value in every interaction, paid or otherwise. Community first; engagements follow.

How We Work With You

We work with your operators. Not around them.

The people who run the process already know most of what is wrong with it. Our job is to prove it with data, fix the one thing that pays, and leave the running system in their hands — because they are still there after we go.

Continuity

The same team on day one.

The principal who took your first call is the principal leading your engagement. No bait-and-switch, and no project manager fronting for a bench you will never see.

Shape

Small, senior, embedded.

Outcome-shaped scopes. Honest exit ramps. No multi-year retainer pressure. We are in the plant on your shifts, not on a weekly status call.

Transfer

Your people learn the method.

Your CI engineer and your supervisors work alongside us and pick up the method while it is being applied. The roadmap we leave behind is one your own team can extend without us.

Depth

Depth when the work needs it.

When an engagement needs controls engineering or enterprise integration, those people work here — Magic Engineering and Magic Integration are divisions of the same company, under one P&L, with no subcontracting. Multi-plant and multi-region rollouts are in reach without diluting the senior-on-every-engagement promise.

Independence of Recommendation

We recommend the right tool. Not necessarily a Magic tool.

We pick the platform that fits your problem. Being part of Magic does not bias our recommendations toward Magic products, and the assessment is not a qualification call for a software sale.

If the answer is the platform you already own, a third-party product, or no software at all, that is what the assessment will say. A recommendation you cannot trust is worth nothing to you, and it costs us more than the sale.

What that means in practice

  • We do the research and participate in the right vendor conversations so you do not have to run a market scan yourself.
  • We negotiate for value on your behalf, including with vendors we have no stake in.
  • “Keep what you have” and “do nothing yet” are real answers, and we have given both.
  • When the plan does call for build work, the people who do it are in-house — same project, same accountability.
The Team

The people coming to your plant.

Small, senior, and on the engagement from kickoff to handoff. You'll meet them on day one — not a project manager fronting for a bench you'll never see.

What Clients Say

Operators and owners on what the work is actually like.

These clients name the practice by its former brand, Axiom Manufacturing Systems. Quoted as given.

01 / 03

“As we've grown our business, we've had the opportunity to work with several manufacturing consultants. I can comfortably say that our time with Axiom has been the most valuable and beneficial. Our business is complicated, with wide variations in processes and packaging. Axiom has been able to evaluate, understand and offer process improvements for not only our production operations but, maybe even more importantly, for our business operations. I would highly recommend any manufacturer work with Axiom Manufacturing Systems because of their experience, integrity, and passion for client success.”
